Mel’s “Preemptive hair removal party”

I have decided that I am not going to let the chemo take my hair on its terms but I am going to do it on mine. We have a the back room at Jim and my favorite place (The Car Bar) on Saturday May 3rd from 2-4:30 in the afternoon. I would love to have my family and friends come down and support my new look for the next 1…2 weeks. I really want this to be a positive thing. 🙂

If you want to donate a scarf or head wrap of some kind feel free to bring something to add to my “head wardrobe”. We will have food from the banquet menu available and donations to help pay for the food would be great but not required.
