Very difficult side effects

Apparently one of the side effects of the chemo that can start on day 2 after chemo and last for 3 days is to have significant joint pain everywhere.  It is debilitating and extremely hard to cope with.  If you have not heard from me recently I have been basically just making it through the day minute by minute.  Hope tomorrow is the last day of this as I am completely unable to function.  This girl is ready for a much needed break from all of this.

My dear Melanie, sorry to hear about the side effects. I pray that you will be less sore tomorrow. Linda and Vicky are riding down with Jerry and me. Joint pain is so hard to deal with and I know that with that much you are coping as best as you can. You will make it and become stronger all the time. I am looking forward to seeing you. You are in my heart and my prayers, I love you. mom.
