Last Update for the day Journal entry by Jim King

I’ve now heard from the OB/GYN surgeon and that part of the surgery is now over too.  She said everything went fine and looked normal.  Melanie should now be in recovery and will hopefully be up here in the room sometime after 11.

Unless something significant changes tonight this will be my last update for today.  What a long, lonely, stressful day.  I cannot wait until she gets here to the room.

I’m continuing to pray for Mel to have a fairly quick and easy recovery. And, Jim, I hope the worst is over for you, too.
