Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Taco Seasoning Packet
- 1-2 cans Medium Enchilada Sauce
- Tortillas (depending on size you will need about 12)
- 2 Bags Shredded Cheese (Mexican 4 Cheese is my favorite)
- Taco Sauce
- Sour Cream
Directions:
- Pre-Heat Oven to 350
- Brown ground beef
- Make taco meat per instructions on taco seasoning packet
- Pour enough enchilada sauce in a 9×13 baking dish to cover the bottom with a thin layer
- Using tortillas, make enchiladas with a spoonful of taco meat and shredded cheese
- Roll enchilada and place into pan
- Repeat until all beef has been used
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the pan of finished enchiladas
- Top with shredded cheese
- Bake until cheese in melted
- Serve with taco sauce and sour cream
