There are a few items that I use on a regular basis that I would put in the “cheating” category if you watch the Food Network at all. We work a lot of hours so if I can save time and still have things taste good then I feel that I am winning. My cheater items are below.

I also do not measure much unless I am baking so these are approximate amounts.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion Separated
- 2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic Separated
- 1 Bag Tyson Grilled & Ready Frozen Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Sun Dried Tomato Paste
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Seasoning Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Gee Separated
For this recipe, I used cast iron pans.
Chicken & Sauce
- Heat large cast iron skillet on med-low
- Add 1 Tablespoon Gee and spread around pan
- Add onions and garlic to pan
- Cook 5-7 minutes until they just start to brown
- Add Chicken Stock and Frozen Chicken
- Add Tomato Paste
- Cook 15 minutes until chicken is hot
- Transfer chicken to a bowl and keep warm in the oven leaving most of the sauce in the pan
- Add Cream and stir in
- Add Sour Cream and stir in
- Add Ricotta Cheese and stir in
- Add seasonings (If I made this again I would add some ground red pepper for heat)
- Let simmer while making potatoes
Potatoes
- Heat medium cast iron skillet
- Cook microwave potatoes according to package
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Gee to pan
- Add Garlic and Onion to pan
- Cook 5-7 minutes until they just start to brown
- Add Potatoes to pan
- Cook 5-7 minutes to get a fried outside to the potatoes
Serve chicken with sauce, potatoes and vegetable of choice.
