Hot Dago Leftover Fixing

Last week we made Hot Dago’s. These are Italian Sausage patties, with Mozzarella cheese with sauce and a bun. Basically an Italian hamburger. Unfortunately, we overcooks the patties and they were dry. Tonight, we fixed our mistake by making a new lasagna casserole. I know we are not Alton Brown or good enough to be on chopped but it was really good.
